Bank Operations Document Processor

Entry-Level Temp-to-Hire Opportunity with Citibank

Temp-to-Hire | $18.00/hr, with performance incentive increase to $19.00/hr after training.

Work Location: Fully onsite in Irving, TX (Las Colinas)

You'll work on a structured operations team that keeps important banking documents moving accurately and securely. If you are detail-oriented, dependable, comfortable using computers, and able to stay focused while reviewing information carefully, this could be a great fit.

Schedule : 10 hour shift offering 3 days off during the week!

Choose from:

Thursday -Friday or Saturday -Tuesday

6:00AM to 4:30 PM

What You'll Do

As a Document Processor, you'll review, sort, audit, and process banking documents and applications. You'll create electronic files, enter information into internal systems, and help support back-office banking operations where accuracy, confidentiality, and consistency are key.

What We're Looking For

· Strong computer skills and comfort moving between systems

· Accurate data entry and the ability to review documents carefully

· Ability to read handwritten or cursive information

· Strong attention to detail and ability to catch errors or missing information

· Clear communication skills and fluency in English

· Comfort working in a structured, regulated environment with clear processes

· Reliable attendance and commitment to your assigned schedule

· Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED considered with relevant experience

· Ability to pass a fingerprint-based background screening
