Job Description Bankruptcy Attorney | Remote | Florida A well-established law firm is seeking a Florida-licensed Bankruptcy Attorney with 1-10 years of experience to join its growing bankruptcy practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with experience representing lenders and creditors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 matters, with strong exposure to bankruptcy litigation and court proceedings.
What You'll Do - Handle Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy matters, primarily representing lenders and creditors
- Attend required bankruptcy court hearings throughout the Middle District of Florida
- Handle bankruptcy litigation, including Adversary Complaints and appeals
- Assist with Chapter 11 matters and other complex bankruptcy proceedings
- Manage cases independently while providing strong legal guidance to clients
What We're Looking For - 1-10 years of bankruptcy experience
- Florida Bar admission and current physical residence in Florida
- Strong understanding of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy procedures and law
- Bankruptcy litigation experience, particularly Adversary Complaints and appeals, strongly preferred
- Chapter 11 experience preferred
- Experience representing lenders and creditors is a plus
- Multiple jurisdiction admissions are a significant plus
- Ability to appear in court in the Middle District of Florida
What You'll Get - Fully remote work-from-home position, with required court appearances

- $100,000-$130,000 base salary
- Eligibility for a discretionary bankruptcy bonus program up to $11,500 annually
- 1,920 annual billable hour requirement
- Bonus eligibility beginning at 2,100 billable hours
- Strong opportunity for continued growth within the bankruptcy practice
Work Location: Remote, with court appearances in the Middle District of Florida
