**About the Role:**
As a **Home Caregiver (CNA/HCA/NAR)**, you will be responsible for:
* Providing high-quality personal care and assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Assisting with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and medication management
* Maintaining a safe and clean living environment for clients
* Developing and implementing personalized care plans with collaboration from our clinical team
* Building rapport and trust with clients and their families
* Communicating effectively with the healthcare team and involved parties

**Requirements:**
* Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Care Aide (HCA), or Nurse Assistant Registered (NAR)
* Ability to lift and transfer clients with minimal assistance
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
