Welder/Fitter | Structural Steel Fabrication

We are hiring Welder/Fitters to fabricate, fit, and weld structural steel components used in construction projects. This is a great opportunity for candidates with welding and fabrication experience who are looking for long-term growth.

Job Duties:

• Weld and fit structural steel components
• Read blueprints and follow specifications
• Perform flux core (FCAW) welding
• Use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
• Assemble, tack weld, and inspect finished products
• Maintain a safe and organized work area

Requirements:

• Experience with structural steel welding and fitting
• Ability to read blueprints
• Flux core welding experience preferred
• Familiarity with measuring tools and fabrication equipment
• Comfortable working in a production shop environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane, WA.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $32.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
