Sales Assistant / Automotive Photography

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to support our dealership's sales team. This role combines customer service, vehicle photography, and administrative tasks to help create a positive buying experience while maintaining an attractive online vehicle inventory.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers visiting the dealership.
• Take high-quality photographs of new and used vehicles for online listings with your phone.
• Ensure vehicle photos accurately showcase features and condition.
• Help prepare and organize sales paperwork and customer documents.
• Maintain accurate vehicle information for online advertisements.
• Keep the dealership lot organized and vehicles presentation-ready.
• Provide general support to the sales team and assist with daily dealership operations.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership software.
• Ability to take clear, professional-looking vehicle photos.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Personal phone with good camera for pictures.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic phone photography & social media experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
